you sure that dosent connect to a relay near the d.side kick panel?.....

It's a relay that sits right behind the dash on the left hand side. If you pull off the kick panel underneath the steering wheel (actually...it looks like you already have it off...) it'll be tucked under some shit. It sucks getting to the thing though.
