While driving to work today my coworker told me that my reverse lights flash on and off while I'm driving. I recently replaced the back up light sensor in the tranny because they would not come on. Any suggestions why this on/off flashing might be happening?

I'd pull the sensor out and take a look at it. Maybe it got damaged during installation or was faulty to begin with.
