Random switch

I have had my car for a while now and I forgot about this random switch next to the hood latch in the floor that says on and off do all civics have this and if so what the heck is it? I've never been in another eg civic so I have no clue if its factory or not

Kill switch, manual fan, neon lights.. Just trace it out.

I flipped the hell out of the switch and nothing haha and the fan is straight wired or it won't cut on and I've been to lazy to fix it right haha and I cut the car on and flipped if and no lights or kill switch

Those cheap little switches generally come with aftermarket alarm/remote starts or fm modulators and other things related to the radio.
