94 civic ex radiator fan wont come on

i have a civic ex before it had a z6 in it and now got a b20b the fan never came on on either motor so i know its not the sensor to switch the fan on the radiator all fuses are good all grounds are good were should i look to adress this problem thanks

Does the fan run if you wire it directly to the battery? (for testing purpose only, not permanent solution)

i have the plug for the temp sensor jumped to keep my fan on fan works fine

what could the problem be? the wire harness?
