- Thu Sep 18, 2008 5:22 pm #70326 well i just converted my coupe from a automatic 2 stick......tha car runs good and everythin but tha park lights wont turn off. i alreadi checked tha switch but its perfectly fine.....so now everytime i turn tha car off i have 2 dissconect tha terminals so my battery doesnt get drained......PLZ HELP

- Sat Sep 20, 2008 4:37 pm #70666 Yes, verify that when the switch is off that there isn't any power coming out of the switch. There should be 12volts going to it, but not coming out until you turn the switch on.

- Sun Sep 21, 2008 3:28 pm #70779 Your red/black wire is most likely grounded somewhere, either through your switch or at the dimmer. Dimmer's commonly go bad on our cars.
