- Wed Oct 01, 2008 11:30 pm #72319 ok i got a vti steering wheel and got rid of drivers airbag. i was told that if i unplugged the srs box behing the radio console mt srs light would go out. well it didnt. i still have the pass airbag in. can anyone help

- Thu Oct 02, 2008 12:50 am #72340 thats pretty much what i ended up doing is unpluging that yellow plug behind the cluster but plan on deleting the whole thing soon which involves either buying that password jdm delete for the pside air bag or a nice non pside airbaged civic dash (i did this) yet to install....

- Thu Oct 02, 2008 1:13 am #72344 well over here in the states all 92-95 civics had srs sucks since its required i guess for cars to come into the u.s. i mean really most of the time airbags hurt the person more in a wreck my 85 bmw that i pretty much totaled did not have air bags and i walked away. idk really i just want some of the cars that are being sold over across into europe

yea down here its required to have air bags unless ur car didnt come with them to start with.... they dont normaly check tho when u get it safetyed ahahaha
