you can upgrade to OEM sway bars for cheep. and decent performance.
but if you have a lower model car (CX/VX/DX) or other models not listed you'll have to upgrade the control arms to those that have the slots and stuff open for sway bar links..
like to say if i have a DX coupe i would need civic EX/SI front control arms from a 92-95 civic EX (Sedan/coupe/hatch) and i would need rear contrl arms from a 92-95 civic EX sedan/ LX w/ABS/ EX coupe w/ABS/ or any model integra 94-01.
pending on how big of sway bay you need you many need renforcements
like for the rear anything over (I THINK 22mm?) you need to get subframe brace. be it beaks CT engineering ASR etc... that will help prevent rear subframe tearout.
now for the front. they have some bars that go up there but i havent heard of anyone fucking their shit up there as far as a big sway bars goes.

some companies make a sway bar set that connects to control arms of cars that never had sway bars, Suspension Techniques is one. I used their kit.
