Hey guys - got myself a nice and cheap way to lower the car, some coilover springs [the adjustable ones] 2nd hand dirt cheap off ebay. they were only used for 3 months then they upgraded to a full ocilover setup so he flkogged these cheap to me

Just wondering.. Does anyone here know how to actually fit them? I looked through the DIY thread to find one but couldn't find any for it =\

I've read through http://civic-eg.com/viewtopic.php?t=8469 but it doesn't say anything about actually taking off the suspension etc.

If someone could give me a quick Step by step or a link i' dbe uber greatful. I've read a few of the universal ones but I'm quite fussy & a bit of a loser...

What did you get from your friend?
Just the adjustable Coil? or the adjustable coil on a strut?

spanners & Rubber O Rings, 4x Top Mounts, 4x Springs, & 4x Adjustable Spring Threded Inserts Is what it comes with

So it's just the adjustable coils i think, no gas strut [It's not a coilover kit, it's just the springs & extra bits]

Is it against the rules to bump? :\
