Recently my car has started to shake when it's running. The faster I go the more it shakes. What do you guys think it is? Some people tell me to balance my tires and others tell me to check my tie rods. Suggestions

balance the tires first

first balance tires.
if continues
check tie rods.
if still continues
check your upper and lower control arm bushings.
if its still shacking then check the axles.
that should be all.

youalso could have overheated your rotors and warped them if you been drivin hard lately or if you worked on your car lately using an impact at the wrong setting can warp rotors or even aluminum rims Just a suggestion hope you get it fixed

yea balance your tire first...my did that everytime i drive on the freeway when i go 70 or 65 my steering wheel shakes hella bad, since i work for goodyear i have full access on a balancer. balanced my tires and drove it on the freeway and it still shake like hell, so i changed my tie rod end and drove it again and WALAH THAT SHII GONE!!! lol

Okay so I found out what it was
Damn tire had some BIG bubbles on the "side wall"
I replaced the tire and the shaking when away

that would do it alright
