coilover sleeves/uprated shocks

i got uprated shocks(gmax)an 40mm spring, but wanting to go lower(especially at the rear, due to no weight)
so do i get 60mm springs or put coilover sleeves on my uprated shocks
it'll be my daily driver, with maybe 1-2 track days a yr
