hi!

guys, ill combine a set of ground controls with koni yellows (8040) and i have a question. how stiff should i adjust them to work fine with ground controls with standard spring rates? im planning to lower the ride about 3". i want the suspension to work stiff but not bouncy, still usable in a daily driver. any help?

Adjust them until they are comfortable for you.

yeah, but the struts i have are konis 8040, those which you have to diissamble from the car to change settings. that is why i am asking you about any experiences with gcs & shock stiffness :wink:
