Aside from reading through all the suspension threads here, I have very limited knowledge on suspension setups as I've been running stock for the past two years... I found a good deal on some Ground Control coilover sleeves and was wondering how the ride would be...

I know ground control lets you choose the spring rate so I'm unsure of the spring rates on this set but from googling the numbers on the springs the guy gave me, I believe I found them...

GC180.64.44 (7/2.5\\/250 lbs)

GC200.64.58 (8/2.5\\/340 lbs)

My question is, how would the ride be if I were to drop the car 2 inches? Maybe with Tokico HPs or Illuminas (if I can afford them). Anybody running this setup?

Wat shocks were being used while he was using them?
