beaks brace is useless when used in conjunction with the asr brace.
if you think about what both parts are designed to do, in the end theyre designed to do the same thing and using both will not benefit you.

I know you can't use both I was just curious on which one worked better and would cause less chance of subfram tear

You CAN use them both, but if you're worried about breaking something, what's the point in getting it?

the beaks bar wont prevent subframe tear, the ASR brace will. you can use them together (hence the word conjunction) but its pointless to do so. the ASR brace does what the beaks bar is supposed to, but also offers a rigid place to mount a sway bar.
