Rack and pinion leaking PS fluid

guys, I've notice the rack rubber boot is busted and was leaking PS fluid all over on that part, can this still be rebuild? or the entire rack should be replace?
On rebuilding rack what parts should be replace?

my ek9 is doing the same, 99% will tell you to replace it, but Honda put a kit together to reseal them. I have mine waiting to be done.

where did you bought that? how much does it cost for the whole kit.

I bought it from a Honda dealer, and it was £58.

Most of the time people just replace it with a reman rack and pinion
