which to use ? need help on suspension.

i have an eg with the VX 13's and stock mich tires, the car is on stock shocks, i would like it to be a bit lower, but what pushes me back to drop it is the fact of UN-COMFY RIDING !!
my AUNT AND UNCLE BOTH HAVE AN CIVICINTEGRA AND THE INTEGRA IS ON 17'S AND DROPPED ON 35$ EBAY THINGS AND THE RIDING COMFORT IS shit !1 FEEL EVERY BUMP AND SHAKES LIKE A MO-FO,,
MY QUESTION IS TO HAVE THE SAME RIDE QUALITY AS STOCK HOW CAN I DROP IT ?/
OR JUST LEAVE IT STOCK ??
I HAVE MUDFLAPS AND FULL EXHAUST SYSTEM WITH BRACES SO I DONT WANT IT TO DRAG, THANKS
