So im' finally getting around to install my suspension... yes it's been sitting next to me for the past month and a half collecting dust.

Now on one there is a bolt welded to on side, but not the other, on the other it's not there but appears that it use to be, I picked these up used but they aren't old.

This gonna be an issue? I can't see it causing a big problem, but i want to make sure

One thing I would surgested is used a nylock nut and not a standard nut as there will be a fair bit of movement coming from the LCA and normal nuts can work loose.

QFT. Or use two nuts, one behind the other to lock them in place.

well the suspension has been on for a couple of weeks now, we just cut the nut off the stock strut and welded it onto the new one.
