#59317 Hi All,

I'm currently run a completely stock EG4, looking to lower it and put some new rims/tyres on.

Is there any preference on which to do first? Probably going to go with something like the following for Lowering

#59345 I would lower it first, then buy wheels. You'll still have a huge gain in cornering even with the stock 14" wheels in the mean time. It will be more fun than just wheels on stock suspension.

#59351 Stock steelies look good on a lowered car. Go for the drop first, then the rims :thumb:

#60002 Tires > suspension. If you want the look go with coilovers first, it's what most do (and I have done in the past). But if you want handling, wheels and tires will do more for your car than coilovers. Well, unless you choose some 17's or something insane like that. Tires are the only thing that touches the road (well most cars ;) ) and good tires allow you to accelerate, brake, and turn faster and harder.

#60017 Suspension comes first, basically to check how it handles, how low your ride sits, etc. And then buy the wheels. But, that's just my $.02.

#60022 Suspension it is!

Now I just need to find the cash *sigh*

Had a bit of a look around on E-Gay and probably going to get either of the following

Skunk2 Pro S Full Coilovers
Tein Basic Full Coilovers
D2 Full Coil Overs

#60088 dont go with the Tein Basics. For that price you get a better coilover with the D2 or the Skunk2.
