Just like the subject says, my abs light is on and i know something with the abs is not functioning correctly because i've had a few lock ups and i don't feel the abs "pulse" on the pedal.

I really don't mind it at all, I kind of like it. It just gets tricky in the snow.

I just don't know if this could damage anything or create any problems in the future.

scan it using the method of jumping the 2 wire conector. retrive code ect.

most likely its a simple abs sensor. but scan it to see what you have to repair/replace
