new caliper wont bleed

changed front pads and then noticed the passenger side caliper wouldn't tighten back up when i hit the brake pedal. replaced the caliper and tried to bleed it but nothing comes out. Tried bleeding all 4 wheels and the opposite wheel in the rear is doing the same. the other 2 wheels (front driver side and rear passenger side) are good. what can i do??
