brake pedal hitting floor

was driving and went to brake and the pedal went right to floor, brake fluid leaking from rear wheel, could it be my wheel cylinder? im hoping because i just bought one and about to repalce it lol

it could be your brake lines or hoses or your wheel cylinders

Yes, if you have a leak then your just pushing fluid out when you press on the pedal and it will not have the pressure in the system to keep pedal pressure.

ok thanks, im glad it isnt my master cylinder, im thinking its just my wheel cylinder. which isnt to bad of a job to do. got the part and gonna fix it tmrw. also gonna throw on some new shoes while i have the drum open

You very likely have an air percolate in your braking mechanism program. When it was being "fixed up" were the braking program proved helpful on? I would take it returning to the store you had perform on it and tell them what occurred. You should consider hauling it to be secure.
