I actually dont know what the brakes are off of, previos owner put them on. I assume probally from an SI. anyway I have a '92 4dr sedan with 4 wheel disc. according to majestic honda my car should use the same calipers as the VX im parting out but it dosnt so im guessing there bigger(I really should get a new tape measure so I can measure them.

my issue is I dont like the 17's that came on my car and I have 13's from my old car. before I go trial fit them do I even have a chance of them fitting?

I've had 13s on my Si's stock 4 wheel discs. You should measure them for us. :D

13's wont clear the front disks on my EX COUPE ABS.

However, ABS Brakes are bigger front/back then non-ABS Disks.

If your car is an EX model, ABS Came an an option. Therefore its possible that you have ABS brakes.

Oh yeah, mine aren't ABS. I didn't know there was a size difference.
