they are 14" and it cost me about $20 for primer paint and clear. about another $15 for sand paper and 3m pads $50 for the trim rings and i had the center caps so all together about $85... i used rust-oleum high temp (almond) paint it does not recommend primer but i used rustoleum high temp primer as well, and finished it off with rust-olem lacquer clear.

i actually bought them from a local hubcap place near my house ( chicago) i looked on ebay and they had some but most of the ones on ebay were abs plastic that was chrome plated ...thesse are stainless , i would just check a local hubcap shop.

they truly do look sick teal had some trim rings for a 16 inch but i cant find oem honda 16's with 4x100
