I did some searching for Affordable lightweight 15" rims... (between $100 - $200 per wheel)

Enkei Rpf-1 15x7 are ~9.5lbs

I would suggest you also the OZ Ultraleggeras but i don't know if you can find 'em easily in US.I've installed 'em on my EP3 and i love them,they're very light also in 17"... :)
