15x8 + 15 is a pretty aggressive width/offset. Be prepared to run a stretched tire, roll your fenders, drop the suspension a few inches and run negative camber.

When u say stretched tyre what do u mean, won't my regular tyres fit.I have everything else done. Do I have to order special sized one's .

Stretched tire is when you put a skinner tire on a wide rim to help gain fender clearance, usually done on 'stanced' cars.

Depending on your ride height, camber, fender rolling and tire size, you may only need a slightly stretched tire.

Ok so I might just need a higher profile tyre to accommodate for the width of the rim. Am I right ?

On a 15x8" You'll probably want something around 195/50R15. I've seen civics with that size as well as 195/45R15 and 195/55R15. It really all depends on your setup and clearance, as no two are exactly alike.

Those will all give you some stretch.
