Offset advice for 16x8

Im going to be buying new wheel for my ride.
Im going with a 16x8 wheels +25

Currently I have 16x7 wheels with 205/40/R16 Tires. Im going to be using the same tires....
My fenders are rolled and I have camber kits, currently my car is lowered and I have a bit of a camber less the a Degree....
with this new setup I'm trying to go for a wheel with a bit of a lip and a flush look and I don't want to have crazy camber.
I need your expertise to see if the offset will be right for my car and for what I'm trying to achieve.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
