How big of a difference does it make having 13's and going to 15's? What difference as ride, maybe speed, or anything else?

As long as your overall tyre diameter stay the same, there should be not much different. Anyhow, since your tyre profile w/ 15" rims is thinner, ride comfort must be sacrified a bit.

One sure thing, the car will look much better!

Your speedo will be a bit off, it will say you are going 60 when you're really going 62 or 63, but not a huge deal.

with that tire size your speedo will be slightly slower. It will show 60 when your doing 62 or so.

You will feel a bit more of the road with the small sidewall, but nothing really noticable. If you are already lowered then you shouldnt really feel any difference. I didnt feel a difference going from 14s to 15s. Yet its not as drastic a change as you doing. If you want your speedo to read as acturate as possible, you will want to get 195/50R15 tires.

It won't... Ive recently went from 195/60/14's to 205/50/15's and the ride is just as good if not better
