IMO nothing looks better than then stock sir/ex lip or bys lip.

But hey go for it if that's what you realy want to do. Am pretty sure sum people have really good ideas on custom lips.

In any case, I think by the time you try it and perfect the method, it probably would have been cheaper and a whole lot less time consuming to buy one. Unless you go the ghetto lip route and use the rubber garden trim... then you can just say "function > form" to all the people who say WTF

The guys srt with the home depot lip though is hella way better...

I see alot of people using that garage seal thingamabobber but lol ehh doesn't fit what I'm wanting to design. The garden edging stuff is a bit ehh to use but it'd be a great base so I could lay my design on it. Soo in conclusion.

I might possibly use the garden edging as a base since its bendable and I can get the curves and what not of my bumper. Then use styrofoam to mold out my design and lay it on top of the edging and then fiberglass that baby up. ;D Opinions anyone? or should I just use styrofoam by itself? Frustrationn..
