well WHAT exactly is your reasoning for getting it black in the first place?

#34432 don't buy a cheap hood. it'll fit like crap.
(bad past experiences)

if wouldn't buy parts because they are cf, but if i found a cheap cf part that i needed I'd probably keep it that way instead of painting over it.

i dont really like colored cf. it looks funny to me. black cf ftw

#34474 my reason is because of the looks.. black hood looks like it adds more look to our hatch... am i right or not?

#34480 not.

thats how ricers think. "the more the better"

just cuz its more to add, doesnt make it better.

JMHO............not.

What it does is take away from an overall clean flow. Would you paint one rear quarter panel black? Again, JMO. What adds to the hatch is 1x1 weave CF not rattle can black paint.

#34483 now its different if you have red car, and you need a hood, and the cheapest one you find is black. thats fine. sure you'll look kinda goofy, but its not cuz you choose to

thats kinda how it is with my black spoiler. i needed one.
(i cant stand spoilerless del sols, lol)
