no i diddnt sand the headlight, i just cleaned it out very very very good with acetone, and laquer thinner, and it holds up against the pressure washer very well due to i put like 5 coats of clear coat, a very good clear coat, which i highly recomend, look at the pic on the first page, you will see what i have used.

it affects it just a tiny bit, not enough to to notice
