Electron Blue Pearl(AKA Si Blue, 99-00 Si Blue, etc) Is the OEM Bright Blue that came on 99-00 Si's.

Both colors are very similar. That looks like Capitiva Blue though.

Also, Bing's Image Search is pretty bad. When it was Windows Live Search it was better sadly. Google Image search is much better.
