Side Mirror's Control Arm?

I want to buy some new side mirrors because mines move too much when I'm driving. If I hit a bump, they go down so all I see is the ground. I notice they don't have the little arms that go in the inside of the car so you can move them without touching the mirrors or opening the window. If I buy new side mirrors, will they include those arms and the covers that go in the inside of the car or not?
Thanks in advance ^^

you can go to the salvage and get some Manual mirrors and the covers for them maybe cheaper..

sounds like you have a broken set of manual mirrors or a set of power mirrors with out all the wiring and switch to adjust them. check a local junk yard or even ebay for a set of used manual mirrors and make sure you get the interior trim panel for the mirror as well,

Yeah, they are manual mirrors. I checked the junk yards around here but no luck so far. So from what you are saying, that means that when you buy the mirrors they usually don't come with the interior trim panel right?
