Hey guys, i know most of you guys would say this is probably the easiest mod but ive tried searching and couldnt find the answer to my problem. As shown on the picture below the fogs basically fits perfect, but when i installed mine, the inner cover leaves a gap im wondering if anybody else has this problem? if so does anybody know what should i do to fix this problem? i want the cover to snug right against the bumper. any suggestion would help thanks!

Is your bumper OEM? And im assuming you have a coupe like in the pic (or a hatch) Do you have the coue/hatch fogs? The most obvious way to tell is is there what looks like almost a handle on the inner portion like in that picture?

yes i have a hatch, and yes i have the fogs for a hatch, i actually bought a new bumper but i even tried putting the fogs on my original bumper, it still wasnt 100% fit. dont know whats the problem.

got the same problem, oem bumper and oem fogs... strange,

What i did was cut the tab and re-bend the metal and drill another hole and used a extended screw. correct me if im wrong but most aftermarket fogs lights wont give you the perfect fitment on the bumper, this is why most people would just buy the oem fogs off of a eg6.
