Help with window trim

Hey guys I am in need of some desperate help, The window trim on the window, not the bottom one but the trim on the b pillar of the car is totally off. Like there is the seal on the very top, thats off, its all off to the point where there are square holes in the side of my door. Rain gets in my car, how do i replace this?

Go to the honda and purchase a new one or check a junk yard and then make sure the tabs are on there and just push it into place.

Yeah well i figured that out, but how do i pull it off without damaging it like mine and then take the rest of my broken pieces out? They seem a little more complex than that. I think at least

you can get to all the screws from opening the door. Just undo them and pull the parts out
