has anyone tried these? they sell projector kits on their website (retro solutions). it supposedly comes with good projectors and hid kits. just want to see if anyone had experience with these.

Oh those, yeah they suck.

here's a comparison of those vs the E55bixenon's, which are dirt cheap for retrofitting, and readily available.

as you can see the E55's have a much larger hot spot which allows for better distance. many people who've used the PNP projector complain that they lack distance.

No problem, they would still be an improvement over stock headlights, but just letting you know that for an HID projector there are many more on the market that are much better

since we're on this topic, should i buy different headlights before doing a retrofit? I heard the lines on stock headlights distorts the light output? I read somewhere (forgot which forum) that someone used tyc headlights and swapped projectors, but I'm not a fan of those.

just get a set of those ebay headlights with the clear lens, or a set of Denji's

and yes the stock lens will distort your output severely
