Civic EG

i recently noticed some water in my trunk and i think i've spotted where the leak is coming from but i can't trace the leak to it's source .. can anyone tell the source just by looking at these pics...the leak is also visible in the pics

this is the area just next to the black plastic cover for the taillights and the tailight gasket is not leaking


this is what seems to be the source ..but it doesn't make sense to me...the entire area above is dry

looks like it could be a thin spot in that seam sealer. I've seen civic trunks with the seam sealer so thin, you could see a tiny crack of sun light through it.

What's on the other side of that area?

on the outside is just the rear quarter panel..this is wats so puzzlin..i 'll have to do some more investigating
