how do I take these off

Are they rubber? Can you pull out the inner clip then the outside clip?

- Wed Jan 19, 2011 11:15 pm #234291 Also the last owner bondo'd the rear quarter panel to both the side skirt and the rear bumper then sprayd it with primer..... :shock: ........ If I take some sand paper to it will I be able to find and cleanly separate them?.....
