#83947 I decided to spray paint my fenders and bumper since they were trash. well I did one fender it looked excellent except I sanded through the edges by mistake when buffing it. so I stripped it and painted it again with the bumper. Now I painted in a shed at about 70F

I painted like 5 coats after the primes then about 3-4 light coats of clear. The paint feels like sandpaper , its gritty and dull. What am I to do?

#84023 Sounds like dryspray - you didnt spray enough on basically. Will take a while to sand using 2000, if i were you id use 1200 - 1500 first then see how it looks and judge whether you need to paint it again or not
