anybody like the spoon mirrors if so should i get them?

compared to oem how much better are they i know they look good but the only thing bad i hear about them is that their not that good as far as visibility

I like mine, though i didnt have a passenger side mirror from the factory.

so i take it both of you second the problem of not seeing too too good?

thats all i was wondering, is that if you have them state your opinion about them.


how good can you see with them?
pros and cons?
is it livable to deal with how much you can see?

and anything else you can think of about them.

I recently installed my ebay-spoon mirrors.
I don´t know what it is called in english... But the glass in the oem mirrors are like this: ")" and the glass in the Spoon mirrors are like this: "|".
Even though it is a pretty big area of glass, you don´t get that much information of what´s behind you.
Maybe it is possible to change the mirror into something better?

Anyhow, yes, the result as a mirror is worse then oem. But i can live with that ;)

i can see a little less than i could with the oem mirror. but i turn my head when i merge anyway.

and really the shape of the mirrors is that much diff? hm never thought of that.

my input:
I gots them (knock offs) and as far as visibility they are livable with.
but spoon mirrors + 5 panel wink mirror = perfection.
i love the look of them on, thus i will deal with "livable" visibility. Either way I turn my head everytime i merge, even with the wink mirror

This is the set up I have on my sedan. The wink mirror more than makes up for the visibility from the spoon mirrors.

I have the mirrors I had rsx type s seat in my coupe and I could not see shit now I have s2k and they sit low as hell in the car so I can c every thing....... so the point of my story is if u have high seats they suck when it comes 2 looking thure them but I say fuck it they loook so damn sexy that who cares if u can c out of them lmaoo

i like my oem ones and theres nothing wrong with em i just debating on it still but i guess if i dont like em i could always sell em im sure someone would buy em!
