my rear glass doesnt have the shocks on it idk if that matters at all?

also i tightened up my hatch loop thing but it didnt do much....

the only thing i can think of would be that is needs new weather stripping and i dont know anythign about that. can you buy that from honda? will it make a difference? and has anybody done this?

all help is appreciated :)

Could your inner fender wall be a little rusted in the rear?

no its not from rust i know for sure i checked that car inside and out before i bought it for rust...there was no way i was buying a rusy car and i dont drive her in the rain...

but after looking into i think it may be my tail light seal cause the trunk only leaks on the driver side

and the driver side taillight is a lil weird:/

My hatch leaked when I got mine, so I checked the driver side tail light (which was actually loose to where it wiggled in the frame). Checked the seal, tightened it up, but still got water in the hatch. Actually noticed some leak marks running down from the rear driver side seat belt mount, but it doesn't seem like water has been running from the roof or anything. Still have to investigate that.

Something you can check (but sucks when it's cold out) is to sit in the hatch and have someone on the outside spray the hatch with a hose, then see if/where it comes in.

Just found something new with mine - it leaks when it snows :?. After two snowstorms recently, when I opened the car after cleaning her off I saw a puddle of water right under the steering wheel. I took some pictures and will probably start a separate thread about it, cuz it boggles my mind haha.

You can pick up weather stripping and your local hardware store, its all peel and stick, never hurts to re-do it every once in a blue moon.
