#206054 in the front you can place the jack in the center of the nose frame.... below the radiator....

in the rear... you can put the jack on the tow hook... but you have to use a bigger jack though.....

#206127 or you can place them on the tow hook front end. It is near the wheel front.

#206135 if you feel along the sides of the car, on the front there are the stilts that stick out for you to place them. and on the rear its is behind the side skirt and is like a few inches from the front of the wheel arch. if you feel a long it you will see what i mean.

#206194 If youer hatch is lowered, the only way to be able to lift it is to get a low profile jack. I went with the HarborFreight special.

Its aluminum so its light, is low pro and lifts to 18 1/4" and its only $130 on sale.

I had the cheap one for a while, it was $70 on sale but it only lifted to 14 3/4".

My first jack was a crapstastic Craftsman that only lifts to 13" and I always had to add wood blocks to get the damn thing high enough to get my jack stands under the car.

Spend the money and ge the $130 one.. its worth it in the end. and don't worry about it crapping out on you. I've read horror stories about leaks and stuff on these and other brand name jacks. You just replace a few O-rings with good VITON rings and that jack will be solid. If it ever starts.

#206200 The lift point on the core support is actually off-center. It's indicated by the hole through the splash cover.

I've had the $70 version of that Harbor Freight jack for about 5 years and it's worked well. Even Bisimoto has it. But yeah it leaks a lot.

The jack is one of the most important tools you own because it's tied into safety. You should get two decent jacks.

Half of Craftsman products are good and the other half are complete junk. They make good wrenches, toolboxes, sockets, and ratchets but just about anything else ie jacks are shit. Their air tools and jacks are crap and I actually prefer to get Harbor Freight.

#206322 Yeah, I still haven't seen anything that can beat the Harbor Freight jack stands. Those bad boys are beefy. I just had to do a little modding to the arm so they sit flush on the jack points and they are good 2 go.

#206599 I have 2 floor jacks but neither will ft under my eg unless I use the jack from the trunk first. I've never had a problem with the amount of lift i can get lol

#206618 i run into this problem with my skunk2 springs. the jack doesnt clear the jackpoint by an inch so. I open the door push up with all my might, opening the door gets you a bit of leverage and i you can slip the jack in while pushing up :thumb:

#206645 Oh, I just remembered. If you need a nch or so for clearance. You can do what my friend did bck in the day. He got some 2x6 plans and mad mini ramps. just lay 2 flat and stagger them and set them at all 4 corners and roll onto them. That should give you enough clearance to get under the car with a jack.

And coplies, that a beefy truck jack you have there. you should be able to center it under the car and lift the whole thing up at once. LoL :thumb:
