How noticable is the chassi flex between a moonroofed eg and a non moonroof eg?

I had a EJ1(Civic coupe ex) and never had any chassy flex. Friend of mine had a Si Hatch and he railed the piss out of it. having rode it in many times also no chassy flex to speak of.

A Side point, My Delsol is one of the best handling cars I had. It never body creaks like my friends delsols do. Even though its a Targa top car it out handles the EK hatch that the exact same suspension, wheels and engine/tranny use to be in.

How do you know when your chassis is flexing exactly..?
too much roll?
