Civic EG

Ok so after the heavy down pours we had the other night i noticed that my rag in my car that i keep folded under my e brake was very soaked. i look uo and sure enough i see drops of water falling. Now i Have an Si with a factory sunroof. I know usually if your drains are dirty or clogged water just sits and decides to go else where. Now it was leaking from the lil plug that u can take off and manually open the sun roof just in case..

any idea on how to fix this and where exactly those drains are located..?
