selling whole or parting out?

i am looking into getting a new civic one i actually like haha. but the question is, once i get that i want to sell my old car to make my money back. the thing is would i make more parting the car out and selling things separately or selling the car as a whole? anyone have any help on this from experience maybe?

it will help to know your car details, all the mods you have done, and how much you're looking to get for it.

If you have good parts, I.E. Good Vtec Engine/Transmission, Nice SiR/Integra Seats, Rear Disks, etc... Then Part it out, however if it is a plain DX or something with stock seats, no cluster with a tach, D15b7 then I would sell the car whole.
