D16z6 95 2dr ?

i got a 95 2dr civic witha 1.6. I want to build my z6. so i have to take it out. my question is what motor can i drop right in without swaping my ecu or anythign like that. Like which on can i pull my motor and drop the new one in plug it in and go. ?

another z6 or y8 anything else and youll throw a check engine for missing the vtec solinoid

but i can run another motor i will just have a light? if thats the case then i dont care i can deal with a light.

cheapest temporary "bolt up" would be a D15b7. easy to find too

yea youll just have a check engine light for vtec but itll run a non vtec d15b7 like suggested above or d16y7 the d15 may run a bit rich since its only a 1.5 instead of a 1.6 but it will still run it...
