hood wont fit...?

so, i bought a civic. it had a hood. the hood seemed to be about an inch or so too long, the tip of the hood and bumper didnt mesh, at all.
i drove 5 hours to get another hood today.
and it still doesnt fit.
i think the hoodlatch doesnt work.
mite that be why the hoods look like they dont fit?

-its goin from coupe to coupe
-nothing is pushed-in upfront or anything
-my batteries are dead in the digi-cam, and cell phone pics suck in my garage...
since i definately have a coupe hood, is it possible that the hood is too long cuz i have a sedan bumper?

yeah sedan front bumpers aren't a direct fit, have you tried putting a coupe front bumper on it?

i just put some hood pins through the holes and said to hell with it
lmao
so the hood closes, and idc about how good it fits

BTW, a sedan front bumper on a h/b or coupe is a bad fit, try a h/b or coupe front bumper, or a sedan hood.
