Bad idle
Posted: Fri Oct 19, 2012 4:28 amHave a top radiator leak,could that cause my 94 eg coupe to idle surge.clean and replace alll my sensors.,,plz help.on what I should do.

Posted: Fri Oct 19, 2012 4:15 pmYup air in the coolant will cause idle surge. Any vacuum leak will cause it as well. Get that radiator replaced.

Check your thermostat. It may be time to change that while your at it.
Take your iacv valve off, clean it with out with soapy water and rinse, screw it all the way in when,and then bolt it back on.
Your coolant breaks down and actually "rusts" over time forming large enough pieces of "rust" or gunk big enough to block passage ways through your engine. This then creates a snowball effect with surging/idle problems.
