well from what i hear a h22 leaves more to be desired from the intake side so if you ever decided to go n/a with itbs or aftermarket intake i think the lack of room would be harmful.....

but i think that all has to do with the mounts.....

b series is good n/a when it comes with vtec....and with 2500 you should be able to either do a ls vtec or buy a full on vtec.....

The cheaper route and easier route would be b series vtec

The longer more involved route due to mounts custom linkage etc...would be the H series motor......

Parts wise which i always look into there is around the same ease of buying parts for either however im sure due to the custom stuff needed for an h swap the parts may be a tad more difficult to get if lets say the company you got them from either discontinued them or went out of business.....

yezzir there is, unless you get a H2B kit and run a hyrdo tranny then
there is no cutting involed.. but not 100% sure tho, there might be some drillin of the motor mount or something like that

but find you a nice USDM b16a2 or a3 or a nice USDM b18a1 or b1
and swap it into your car!!

or you can go the JDM motor route and get the same motors, but have to smog the car illegally, due to its a jdm motor :x

F2D FTW ... Engine should fit fine, just mate it w/d-series transmission. Lot's of torque and still a nice simple single cam.

Yeah I would definitely stick with a B series if I were you. Personally, I wouldnt, but thats just because Im going to swap in a d16z6 and boost it for a fun dd and track car sometimes.

Best wishes for your build!!! :D :D :D
