It is the black oval where the battery would be on the passenger side right below the windshield

you can get them at the dealership or even cheaper at a junk yard.
Too bad you're not near me, I have my old one in a box somewhere.

until you get those rubber block-off, maybe a piece of oval shaped rubber and some all-purpose adhesive would do... temporarily...
