hi everyone, i am doing a swap on my lsi atm, i have got a P08 ECU that i will be using, but the car that it came out off had immobilizer, can i still use the new ECU?!

also, the P08 out of the Del Sol, i dun think the immobilizer is factory standard, as the key doesnt have chip, all i had to do was to use the extra key/plug, and plug it into a plug on the dash before i could start up the car.

The immoblizer on the integras can be easily defeated by swapped to an ecu with out it. Just chip the p08 and have a ls base map put on or get a LS OBD1 ECU.

To use an immoblizer you have to convert everything to obd2b. Since its so easily defeated its not worth it IMO.
