So what is the best sounding muffler?

depends. its more of a personal preference really. whatever floats your boat

if you like deep sounding exhaust. Custom 2.5" Exhaust with Vibrant Resanator and muffler are probably the best I have heard yet. looks stockish.

When I get new exhaust I plan on using the above.

Anouther good setup that I have used myself is a Turbo Muffler with a vibrant Resonator. It has a Nice deep sound that isn't to loud, however still audible. I have this setup on my delsol and Love it.

I've got a turbo muffler with a resonated tip on my sedan and it actually sounds pretty good. It has a nice deep tone, not the pissed off bumble bee sound, even for a 1.5. I really like it.

I also have to give a big :thumb:

for the World Sport. It's nice and quiet but it really comes alive when you get on it, it looks damn good as well.

I had dynomax super turbo muffler with stock piping and that was a nice setup not to loud but can get rasphy and my setup now is buddy club spec 2 great system deep tone
